The Intake Process
ABA BENEFITS VERIFICATION

After we receive a copy of your insurance & prescription for ABA we call your insurance company and verify your benefits and coverage. We will get information regarding your estimated out-of-pocket costs. This process can take 3-5 business days.
ASSESSMENT AUTHORIZATION
We call your insurance provider to request authorization for an initial ABA assessment. Approval for an ABA assessment can take 5-7 business days.

Assessment Authorization

A Board Certified Analyst (BCBA) will conduct the intake appointment to evaluate your child and gather information for the treatment plan.
Therapy Authorization
After the initial assessment, the BCBA uses the results to build a personalized treatment plan

Scheduling

The Scheduling team will contact you to discuss your availability and schedule you according to the recommended treatment hours.
First Session!
Your child begins ABA therapy at our center. During this session, we officially introduce you to your child's dedicated Support Team and start implementing the individualized treatment plan.
